Terms and conditions of use

By accessing and using this website and the services of Johnsoft (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Johnsoft is the trade name of Jhon Edwin Gómez Marín, an individual domiciled in Manizales, Caldas, Colombia.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the site or the Services.

Johnsoft offers technology services that include, among others:

• Web design and development: landing pages and corporate websites, on WordPress or Shopify.
• Custom software development.
• Artificial intelligence agents for WhatsApp and process automation with AI.
• Consultations to understand and define the client's requirements.

The scope, the weeks of development and the fixed price of each project are defined in a proposal that Johnsoft prepares after the consultation. During implementation, the client can follow the progress of the project week by week, and the project ends with the deployment and delivery of the site or solution, with the agreed integrations.

Johnsoft reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time, without prejudice to the commitments already agreed in a proposal or contract in force.

All content, trademarks, logos and source code on this website are the exclusive property of Johnsoft or its licensors and are protected by Colombian and international intellectual property laws.

The rights over the deliverables of each project (designs, code and content) will be governed by what is agreed in the corresponding proposal or service contract.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Not use the site or the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Not attempt to breach the security of the site or of Johnsoft's web infrastructure.
• Provide in a timely manner the content, access and materials needed for your project, and have the rights to use them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Johnsoft will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the Services.

Some Services depend on third-party platforms (for example, WordPress, Shopify, WhatsApp and artificial intelligence providers). Those platforms are governed by their own terms, and Johnsoft does not control their changes, interruptions or availability.

AI agents generate responses using artificial intelligence models that may contain errors. The client is responsible for supervising their use and for defining what information and decisions they are allowed to handle.

The payment terms for each project will be detailed in the corresponding proposal or service contract.

For any recurring service that is hired, cancellation policies will be governed by what is specifically agreed for that service.

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

Johnsoft may update these terms when necessary. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date.
